Caitlin Heglie and Luca Doan, both of Honolulu, Hawaii, are engaged to be married in the fall.
Heglie is the daughter of Gary and Lu Anne Heglie of Spicer.
She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a bachelor's degree in communication. She is a second lieutenant in the United States Army.
Doan is the son of Thinh and Thao Doan of Libertyville, Ill.
He is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a bachelor's degree in political science. He is a second lieutenant in the Hawaii Army National Guard.
