ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Drawings and Specifications to be issued on August 11, 2022 Window Replacement and Exterior Improvements Project Lakeview Apartments 300 7th Street NW Willmar, MN 56201 Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority The Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority will accept separate bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the project listed above including all associated work required to install / repair same as shown in bid documents. Bids will be received until 2:00pm (local time) September 8, 2022 at the Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority’s Offices at, 2200 23rd Street NE, Suite 2090, Willmar, MN 56201. At which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough for this project is scheduled for August 18, 2022 at 10:00am (local time). Deposits are refunded to Prime Contractors if documents have been returned in good condition. Additionally, plans may be purchased from ARC Document Solutions (952-697-8800) It is the Housing and Redevelopment Authority’s intention to award one single prime contract to the lowest bid for the projects listed above, based on available funding. The project construction start is anticipated to be early Spring 2023. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to inquire as to the addenda issued. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder(s) and an acceptable surety, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. No less than minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project (Davis-Bacon).
