NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, that the board of appeal and equalization of the township of ARCTANDER in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota, will STILL meet at the ARCTANDER town hall from 1:00-1:30 pm on Thursday the 9th day of April, 2020. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in this township has been properly valued and classified.
If you believe the value of your property is incorrect, please contact the County Assessor's office to discuss your concerns. Please email these concerns to assessor@kcmn.us including the Name, PID number, contact phone number, and detailed appeal information. We will be practicing recommended social distancing measures. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with the assessor, you may appear before the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization. The Board will review your assessments and make corrections as needed. Generally you must appeal to the Local Board before appealing to the County Board of Appeal and Equalization.
