DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF OLIVIA, MN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: the Economic Development Authority (the “EDA”) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. at 603 E Fairview Ave. Olivia, MN 56277 to consider the sale of real property located at 2075 West Lincoln Ave, City of Olivia MN (Lot 1, Block 2 of Prairie West Addition; Parcel No. 35-05260-00), (Lot 2, Block 2 of Prairie West Addition; Parcel No. 35-05261-00); (Lot 3, Block 2 of Prairie West Addition; Parcel No. 35-05275-00); to Olivia Chrysler Center, Inc. for economic development purposes (commercial development) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 469.029, Subd. 2. and 469.105, Subd. 2.
