Project 2023 Bituminous Surfacing includes bituminous surfacing projects for county roads at various locations in Kandiyohi County. Combined estimated quantities of work are: Remove Bituminous Pavement – 480 SF, Mill Bituminous Surface – 710 SF, Bituminous Mixture – 80209 TON, Shoulder Base Aggregate Class 1 – 23472 TON, Common Topsoil Borrow– 411 CY, Interim Pavement Marking – 5 LS, Bituminous Material for Shoulder Tack - 4490 GAL, Hydraulic Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) – 4425 LB, Striping Paint – 338235 LF, and other miscellaneous construction items. Kandiyohi County will receive and accept bids ONLY through via their electronic VirtuBid online bid service.
