NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Electronic bids will be received by the Kandiyohi County Public Works Department, 1801 East Highway 12, Willmar, MN 56201, until 9:00 A.M. the 28th day of March, 2023, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. Project 2023 Bituminous Surfacing includes bituminous surfacing projects for county roads at various locations in Kandiyohi County. Combined estimated quantities of work are: Remove Bituminous Pavement – 480 SF, Mill Bituminous Surface – 710 SF, Bituminous Mixture – 80209 TON, Shoulder Base Aggregate Class 1 – 23472 TON, Common Topsoil Borrow– 411 CY, Interim Pavement Marking – 5 LS, Bituminous Material for Shoulder Tack - 4490 GAL, Hydraulic Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) – 4425 LB, Striping Paint – 338235 LF, and other miscellaneous construction items. Kandiyohi County will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid online bid service. A virtual bid opening will be held at the day and time of the bid closing listed above utilizing Microsoft Teams Meeting. NO PAPER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
