AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE WILLMAR ZONING
The City of Willmar does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Zoning Change. The Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the City of Willmar are hereby amended to rezone the following property from I-1 Limited Industrial to GB
That part of the North ½ of the Southeast ¼ described as follows: Commencing at a point where the Southeasterly line of the State Highway 40 and the East line of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ intersects, then Southwesterly along said Southeasterly right-of-way line of State Highway 40, 664 feet to point of beginning of tract herein described, then Southeasterly along a line which ends at the Northwesterly right-of-way line of the Railroad right-of-way, then Southwesterly along said right-of-way line to the Southern line of the North ½ of the Southeast ¼, then West to a point 539.14 feet East of Southwest corner of Northwest ¼ of Southeast ¼, then Northeasterly 548.64 feet, then Northwesterly 250.94 feet to Southeasterly right-of-way line of the State Highway 40, then Northeasterly along said right-of-way line to point of beginning. (601 Industrial Dr. SW); AND That part of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the Plat of Willmar Pet Hospital Addition, then Northwesterly along Northeasterly line of said Plat 250 feet to Southeasterly boundary of State Highway right-of-way, then Northeasterly 240.50 feet along said Highway right-of-way, then Southeasterly 250.94 feet to a point Northeasterly from point of beginning, then Southwesterly 218.93 feet to point of beginning. (701 Industrial Dr. SW); AND Lot 1, Block 1, Willmar Pet Hospital Addition (705 Industrial Dr. SW).
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and second publication.
