A public hearing will be held by the Kandiyohi County Planning Commission on Monday August 12, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Commissioners Room at the Kandiyohi County Health & Human Services building located at 2200 - 23rd St. NE Willmar, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application(s) of the following applicant(s).
Applicant: Derrick Nieland:
That part of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 13, Township 121, Range 35, Lake Andrew Township. Complete legal in Zoning Office. (17452 Hwy 71 NE)
Requests dealer's license to buy & sell cars with office in existing home on property located in an A-2 General Agricultural District. Proposes up to 10 vehicles.
Applicant: Matthew Barber:
Lot 10, Block 1, Pulsifer Addition, Section 17, Green Lake Township. (51st St NE).
Requests contractor offices, shops, and yards in a CI Commercial/Industrial District. Applicant proposes to construct a 40 x 80 building for plumbing business.
