NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PROPOSED
ZONING AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Willmar Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday April 7, 2021, at 7:01 p.m. virtually via GoToMeeting, to conduct a public hearing to hear reasons for and against an ordinance amending No. 1060 known as the Willmar Zoning Ordinance by amended Section 3.S. relating to driveway access standards.
This Ordinance amendment sets driveway standards for materials, maximum width, and number of driveways allowed across all zoning districts in the City of Willmar. Additionally, it sets standards for the distance between a driveway and lot lines, street intersections, and neighboring driveways. The complete text of this proposed Ordinance amendment may be obtained at no charge at City Hall (333 6th Street Southwest, Willmar, MN 56201) or from the City’s website at www.willmar.mn.gov.
