NOTICE OF HEARING ON AN APPEAL FOR A VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that the City of Willmar Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in conference room #1 of the City office located 333 6th Street SW Willmar MN, to conduct a Public hearing to hear reasons for and against a variance request by Daniel Tempel to allow for a zero setback from the railyard due to a sewer easement that bisects his property described as follows: Lot 0 Block 2 Paulson & Sunde’s Subdivision of Lot D Eastern Addition (223 Benson Ave SE). A full legal description is available, free of charge, at the City of Willmar offices. Being requested is a variance from Section 6.I.5.c. of the Willmar Zoning Ordinance which establishes set requirements in the General Industry District. All property owners or residents living in the vicinity of the above-described property are hereby notified of the public hearing.
