NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND KANDIYOHI COUNTY’S ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH LICENSING ORDINANCE FOR: FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS, MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS, RECREATIONAL CAMPING AREAS, YOUTH CAMPS, AND PUBLIC POOLS. Pursuant to M.S. 375.51 Subd. 2, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 10:00am in the board room at the Kandiyohi County Health & Human Services Building located at 2200 23rd St. NE, Willmar, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to amend Section 2 of the Environmental Health Licensing Ordinance for: Food, Beverage, and Lodging Establishments, Manufactured Home Parks, Recreational Camping Areas, Youth Camps, and Public Pools. This ordinance establishes licensing requirements and minimum standards for Food, Beverage, and Lodging establishments, Manufactured Home Parks, Recreational Camping Areas, Youth Camps, and Public Pools to protect and promote the health and safety of people.
