KIT AND TAMMY JABLONSKI
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Atwater Planning and Zoning Commission in the City Council Chambers located at 322 Atlantic Avenue West, Atwater, Minnesota, on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider granting a variance for the above named property owner of the property in:
SECT-11 TWP - 119 RANGE - 33
BLOCK 19 OF THE CITY OF ATWATER LOTS 9 TO 12 INCL (4)
205 FOURTH STREET SOUTH
R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
The applicant proposed to build a detached garage with three stalls and cement pad for camper storage. Jablonski's are asking for two variances. First is because the garage is over 900 square feet (1512 square feet). Second variance is because the building will exceed the 14 foot in height. Height when built would be 18'4".
This notice is given pursuant to Section 9.05 A2 of the Atwater Zoning Ordinance. Let mailed notice hereof be given to all property owners within 350 feet of such property at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing date.
