Willmar, final Wednesday, Sept. 2, 1 to 2 p.m., in front of The Barn Theatre; Child’s Play, an interactive weekly event bringing people together through creativity with events such as Meet Your Neighbor, Draw Your Village, Nature Treasure Box, Music and Movement, Improv In A Suitcase and more, open to everyone, no registration, no fee, outdoor downtown location each week.

The Museum of Portable Sound

New London, by appointment only, Little Theatre; interactive art experience features four “floors” and 27 galleries that display over 300 objects and five hours of material. Wander the museum on your own or take a guided tour hosted remotely by chief curator, John Kannenberg in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. $15 per session, designed for audiences of one to two people. Bring your own headphones or earbuds, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
