Monthly grants
The monthly grants for arts organizations for the 2019-20 fiscal year are first-come, first-served with deadlines at 4:30 p.m. the first of each month January through April.
Legacy Project Planning Grants: up to $2,500 with 20% cash match required to plan for a specific large-scale project or activity that will create or advance a strong arts legacy.
Organization Development Grants: up to $5,000 in funding with 20% cash match required to increase long-term stability and capacity through organizational development and management projects.
Start Up Grants: up to $2,000 in funding with no match required, for art organizations with at least two years programming to develop articles of incorporation, by-laws, and apply for their 501(c)(3).
Grants for Arts Organizations
Grant deadlines and webinar dates for the 2019-20 fiscal year. Round 2 deadline Dec. 11 with earliest start date Feb. 1, 2020. Round 3 deadline March 25, 2020, with earliest start date May 1, and webinar Feb. 13.
Art Project Grants: up to $7,000 in funding with 20% cash match required to stimulate and encourage the creation, performance and appreciation of the arts. (pre-packaged theater residencies limited to $2,500).

Art Legacy Project Grants: up to $25,000 in funding with 20% cash match required for large-scale projects that will leave an arts legacy.
Grants for Artists
Grant deadlines for the 2019-20 fiscal year for individual artist grants. Round 2 deadline is Jan. 8, 2020, with earliest start date March 1, 2020, and webinar Nov. 26, 2019.
Emerging Artist Grants: up to $2,500 to aid emerging artists at an early stage of their career development with projects that will advance their career.
Established Career Artist Grants: up to $7,000 to aid established career artists with projects that will advance their career.
Community Collaboration Grants; up to $10,000 to artists to create a major new work while collaborating with the community, introducing community members to the arts in a new way.
Grants for schools
Grant deadlines for the 2019-20 fiscal year. Round 2 deadline Jan. 22, 2020, earliest start date March 1, 2020, and webinar Dec. 10
Grants to schools for artist residencies or field trips that include educator training and community involvement, juried student art exhibits, and prepackaged theater experiences. Up to $2,500 (field trips, juried exhibits, or prepackaged theater) or $4,000 (residencies), 20% cash match required for prepackaged theater only.
Grants for Facilities
Grant deadlines and webinar dates for the 2019-20 fiscal year. Round 2 deadline Feb. 12, 2020, earliest start date April 1, 2020, and webinar Jan. 2.

Equipment/Facilities Improvement Grants: up to $10,000 in funding with 20 percent cash match required for the purchase of equipment items and facilities improvement that will improve the organization’s capacity to serve the arts needs.
