WILLMAR — Willmar Community Christian School presents “Fiddler on the Roof” at 6:30 p.m. March 12 and 13 with a 1:30 p.m. matinee Saturday, March 13, at Assembly of God Church in Willmar.
Tickets are $12 and are available online at www.willmarccs.com, by calling 320-235-0592 and at the door before the performance. Social distancing protocols will be in place, according to the director.
Set in the little village of Anatevka, the story centers on Tevye, a poor milkman, played by Conner Levesque, and his five daughters.
With the help of a colorful and tight-knit Jewish community, Tevye tries to protect his daughters and instill them with traditional values in the face of changing social mores and the growing anti-Semitism of Czarist Russia.

The directors are Kristyn Clark and Jeannie Reid and Anneka Olsen is the student director.
Music directors are Sarah Crowe for vocals and Stephanie Tollefsrud for instruments.
The choreographer is Pauline Prawl and accompanist is Sherry Pearson.
The pit band musicians are Melissa Carlson, Judy Treptau, Molly Shumaker, Heather Shumaker, Vic Treptau, Zach Treptau, Dennis Benson, Brian Pearson and Jay Skrukrud.
Set design was by Brady Pearson and lighting design was by Cody Miller.
