Zion Lutheran

LITCHFIELD — The centennial celebration at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield will begin at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30, with tours of the church facility, carnival and games for the kids, musical selections from past and present members, food available to purchase from local service organizations and the Worship Café music/ There will be ice cream sundaes at 6:30 p.m. After the Sunday morning service on July 31, there will be a catered meal for a freewill offering, music and the silent auction will close at 1 p.m.

Lake Florida Mission

SPICER — The Lake Florida Mission Church homecoming service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7. Coffee and a time of fellowship will follow the service.

Litchfield Area Christian Women

LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield Area Christian Women will have a “Something Special” coffee and rolls brunch at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at First Lutheran Church in Litchfield. Nancy Brydges, of White Bear Lake, will present “The Challenge of Change” on dealing with change and using it to challenge us to a better life. Tickets are $5. Reservations deadline is noon Monday, Aug. 8. Call Barb Werner at 320-693-2504 . Walk-ins are welcome.
