WILLMAR — Stuck in a recipe rut? The Let’s Dish! community potluck is at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month at the Willmar Public Library. Everyone brings a dish to share based on the theme and a copy of the recipe. The theme for Dec. 10 is five ingredients or less. Free, no registration required, new members always welcome.

Let’s Make Lefse: Nov. 21, 6 to 8 p.m., Willmar Middle School, $25, instructor Samantha Johnson. Hands-on class will walk participants through the entire process from scratch: the preparation, rolling and grilling of lefse, and of course, sampling.
Cookie Art: Dec. 19, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Willmar Senior High School; $20, instructor Stacy Holwerda. Learn the techniques to create your own edible cookies. Bring a flat container, preferably 6 by 9 inches or larger, to take six cookies home. December theme is holidays. Registration deadline is Dec. 4.

Biscotti sampler: Dec. 7, 1-5 p.m., instructor Maureen Hark; beginner and above. Class will make biscotti, an Italian, crunchy twice-baked cookie, often containing nuts, chocolate, spices and dried fruit that stores well. Members will make several different recipes and some to take home. Tuition of $65 includes supplies. Registration deadline is Nov. 23.
Quick and even quicker cinnamon rolls: Feb. 22, 1 to 5 p.m., instructor Maureen Hark; beginner and above. Learn to make two kinds of cinnamon rolls. Tuition of $65 includes supplies. Registration deadline is Feb. 8.
