$1 million winning lottery tickets sold in Crookston, Ely

ROSEVILLE, Minn. -- A $1 million winning lottery ticket was sold in Crookston, officials announced Tuesday, Jan. 1.

The Minnesota Lottery said the Crookston ticket, for the game Minnesota Millionaire Raffle, was purchased at Superpumper, 1749 University Ave., and was one of two $1 million tickets sold for Tuesday’s drawing, the other was sold in Ely, Minn.

The $1 million prize-winning numbers, in ascending order were:

  • 091593

  • 442917

More than 12,000 winning numbers were also announced Tuesday, lottery officials said, including five $100,000 cash prizes sold in the Twin Cities area.

Tickets for the Jan. 1, Minnesota Millionaire Raffle, went on sale Oct. 23 and sold out on Dec. 14, officials said.
