Pepe is an approximately 1-year-old cattle dog and collie cross who arrived at the shelter as a stray. He weighs about 48 pounds and seems to be on the skinny side.'

This is a dog who would love to have a job to do or someone to run with him to accommodate his high energy level. He is good with most other dogs and most kids. This sweet boy always has a smile on his face and loves taking treats nicely from someone's hand or giving a smooch or two.

Stop in and meet Pepe and the many other adoptable pets at the Hawk Creek Animal Shelter, 250 28th St. S.W., Willmar. Shelter hours are noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
