Krista Jo Nelson and Dana Paul Hedberg, both of Willmar, are engaged to be married Feb. 27 in Kauai, Hawaii.
Nelson is the daughter of Kim and Jolene Nelson of Hadley.
She graduated from Murray County Central High School in 2003 and from Ridgewater College in 2005 with a degree in veterinary technology. She is employed as a certified veterinary technician in Morris.
Hedberg is the son of Paul and Denise Hedberg of Atwater.
He graduated from Willmar Senior High School in 2002 and from Universal Technical Institute in 2005 with a degree in auto collision and repair. He also earned a degree in agricultural business and management from Ridgewater College in 2007. He is employed in the family business F & S Ag LLC in rural Atwater.
