WILLMAR - The 15th annual Life Connections for seniors is happening from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Willmar Civic Center.
The event, sponsored by the West Central Tribune, is targeted to adults 50 and over.
The day features a mix of information and entertainment, ranging from health-related seminars to bingo, polka dancing and pie. More than 50 vendors will be on hand with information about local services and interactive things to do.
Winners of the outstanding older adult of the year and nonprofit of the year will be announced at 10:25 a.m.
Tickets are $5 each and are available at the door.
