$2 million bond set for accused bar shooter

HIBBING (AP) -- Bond was set at $2 million today for a man accused of opening fire in a bar in northeastern Minnesota, killing one man and injuring two others.

HIBBING (AP) -- Bond was set at $2 million today for a man accused of opening fire in a bar in northeastern Minnesota, killing one man and injuring two others.

Forty-seven-year-old Jason Musburger of Chisholm faces six charges, including second-degree murder in the death of Edward John Walberg.

Musburger is accused in the shooting at Jim's Sports Club Bar and Grill in Chisholm Saturday. Two other men were shot and wounded, including Cale Steve Nelson, who's in serious condition in Duluth.

The men were seated at a table with Musburger's ex-wife.

Assistant St. Louis County Attorney Leslie Beiers says Musburger is also charged with three counts of attempted murder, stalking and violating a restraining order.

Another court date was scheduled for March 19.
