Nic Leither, Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City
FOOTBALL: A four-year starter and letterwinner at running back/linebacker/defensive tackle, Leither helped the Falcons win two West Central South Conference titles and reach the section final three times. He was the conference MVP as a senior when he ran for 505 yards and made 71 tackles, including five sacks. He ran for 2,142 yards and 36 touchdowns in his career and is a two-time All-Area selection.
WRESTLING: Leither won 211 matches and lost only 20 in his five-year career, including 93 pins. As a senior, he went 42-3 with 25 pins. He is a five-time conference champion and a five-time state participant. He placed second at state once and third once. He also was on a Class A state championship team and another that placed third at state.
TRACK/GOLF: Leither lettered three years in track, throwing the shot put and discus and also ran sprints for the Falcons. He then switched to golf the past two springs. His stroke average is 54.
