WILLMAR -- The Kandiyohi County Commissioners will certify the 2010 levy at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Health and Human Services building.
The proposed levy is $28,161,200. That's slightly higher than what the Commissioners expected because health insurance premiums were $53,400 more than anticipated.
The Commissioners will also take action on a resolution for health plan beneficiaries and will appoint a representative from the city of Kandiyohi to the Green Lake Sanitary Sewer and Water District.
There will also be a presentation on a proposal to upgrade the county's telecommunication operations system.
At 11 a.m., the Commissioners will take action on conditional use permits.

Prior to the regular board meeting, the commissioners will meet as the family services board at 9 a.m. where they'll hear a report on the Prairie Lakes Youth Programs and will review a report on out-of-home placements.
The Commissioners meet on the second floor of the Health and Human Services Building, located at 2200 23 St NE.
