ROCHESTER -- Only three Ridgewater wrestlers remain after the first day of the NJCAA tournament Friday.
All three, Brandon Schunk at 133 pounds, Justin Turek at 149 pounds and Jarret Hall at 165 pounds are all in the consolation quarterfinal Saturday.
Hall went 3-1 on the day with two pins. Chad Listul, at 141 pounds, made it to the quarterfinals, but lost in the consolation bracket.
All three made it into the quarterfinals and cemented their status as All-America. The top eight finishers in each weight class earn the honor.
