Workers with T and Kennedy Inc., of Benson, raze the Granite Falls City Hall and two adjoining structures Tuesday as part of a flood mitigation project in downtown Granite Falls. The city has built a new city hall on the north end of the main street to replace this structure, originally dedicated in 1943. Water came to within a few inches of the first floor during the 1997 flood and the building had mold problems ever since. Tribune photo by Tom Cherveny
