ST. LOUIS PARK -- Adele Lydia Peterson, 94 of St. Louis Park, formerly of Belgrade, died Friday.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in St. Louis Park.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Washbrun-McReavy Edina Chapel.

There will also be visitation from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson Funeral Home in Belgrade followed by a graveside service at the Methodist Cemetery in Belgrade.

She was born Dec. 13, 1913, in Winton to Thomas and Lydia Thompson.

She married Rodney Peterson and they lived in Belgrade. She was a teacher and librarian at Brooten Public Schools for many years. She as a member of the United Methodist Church and the Belgrade Reader's Club. She lived at Park Shore Place in St. Louis Park for 10 years.

She is survived by children: Willard (and Ele) Peterson, Marcia (and William) Soules, Maxine (and Roger) Wiley and Tom (and Pamela) Peterson; daughter-in-law: Barbara (and Allen) Royle; nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sons: Wayne and Keith; and six siblings.
