WILLMAR – The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Department is reporting that all highway ramps in the Willmar area are impassable because of heavy snow.
That includes on and off exits to U.S. Highways 71 and 12 and state Highway 23.
The county is advising no travel in Willmar and surrounding areas.
