MORRIS -- Alvina Agnes Schulz, 78, of Morris died Friday at West Wind Village in Morris.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Assumption Catholic Church in Morris. Burial will be at Summit Cemetery in Morris.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
She was born Dec. 14, 1928, in Holloway to Stephan and Tecla (Rudnik) Zinda. She grew up in Minnesota and the Dakotas and attended school through the eighth grade.

She married Marvin Schulz on Nov. 3, 1951, in Appleton. They lived and farmed in the Morris area. She worked as a waitress at Trailways Café for many years and later at Don's Café. After they retired, they lived in Hancock and wintered in Apache Junction, Ariz. They moved to Morris in 2000 and she moved to West Wind Village.
She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in Morris, the Morris VFW Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband; children: David (and Judy) Schulz of Hancock, Larry (and Kim) Schulz of Brooten, Gail (and Einer) Hoffren of Carson City, Nev.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two siblings: Henry (and Bernice) Zinda of Appleton, Kathy (and Robert) Brustuen of Appleton; one daughter-in-law: Sharon Schulz of Villard.
She was preceded in death by one son: Marvin Schulz Jr.; two brothers and two sisters.
