MILROY -- Nathan Deutz surrendered just four base runners while striking out nine to help Milroy blank Sacred Heart 10-0 in seven innings in a Cornbelt South playoff game Friday.
The Yankees (22-7) will host Raymond on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in the winner's bracket final. Sacred Heart drops into the loser's bracket and will be at Willmar on Sunday for a 1:30 p.m. elimination game.
Mike Johnson singled in the second and fifth innings and Andy Erickson also singled in the second to account for Sacred Heart's three hits.
Already ahead 6-0, Milroy plated four runs in the seventh to invoke the 10-run rule. Andy Schmidt singled up the middle to bring in Dean Zwach with the game's final run.
Eric Dolan, Dave Schmidt and Sean Castle had two hits apiece for the Yankees, which scored four unearned runs behind the Saints' five errors. Justin Schlemmer added a two-run double while Dolan singled in two runs in the fourth.

Milroy won both regular-season meetings with Sacred Heart, chalking up a 14-7 rout on May 23 and later outlasting the Saints 6-5 in 10 innings on June 29.
