Pursuant to action by the Willmar City Council at their regular meeting held on February 6, 2006, a public hearing will be held on February 21, 2006, at 7:03 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers located at the Willmar Municipal Utilities Building, 700 West Litchfield Avenue, Willmar, Minnesota.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2, 3 AND 5 OF THE RATE SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE CITY OF WILLMAR WASTE TREATMENT PLANT.

The City of Willmar does ordain as follows:

2. User Charge (Basic Metered Rate)

The user charge is based on water usage.

a) The debt service charge for users that are not significant industrial users is based on water meter size.

SECTION 5. SECTION 5 OF THE RATE SCHEDULE IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

5. Non-metered Rates

Rate for those customers whose separate, individual flow is not metered or measured and must be estimated, and is determined by using a numerical representative average for the type of user of customer.
