Pursuant to action by the Willmar City Council at their regular meeting held on February 6, 2006, a public hearing will be held on February 21, 2006, at 7:03 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers located at the Willmar Municipal Utilities Building, 700 West Litchfield Avenue, Willmar, Minnesota.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2, 3 AND 5 OF THE RATE SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE CITY OF WILLMAR WASTE TREATMENT PLANT.
The City of Willmar does ordain as follows:

Rate for those customers whose separate, individual flow is not metered or measured and must be estimated, and is determined by using a numerical representative average for the type of user of customer.
