Anna Mae Barrick

LITCHFIELD -- Anna Mae Barrick, 89, of Ellsworth Township died Friday at Meeker County Memorial Hospital in Litchfield.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Litchfield. Burial will be at Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield and for one hour prior to the service at the church.

She was born May 15, 1917, in Radcliff, Iowa, to Tora and Valnettie (Weirson) Barka. She grew up in Litchfield and graduated from Litchfield High School in 1935.
She married Aaron Barrick on Nov. 28, 1937. She worked for the Litchfield Produce Company and the 3M Company in Hutchinson.
She was a member of the Greenleaf Goodwill Club and of First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her children: Dwight Barrick of Litchfield, Darlyne (and Warren) Block of Missoula, Mont.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister: Verna (and Mahlin) Norine of Richfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter: Jane; one grandson; two brothers and two sisters.
