LITCHFIELD -- Annie Eliza Christenson, 95, of Okemos, Mich., formerly of Litchfield, died Sunday at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Mich.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Church of the Nazarene in Litchfield. Burial will be at Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield.
Visitation will be for two hours prior to the service at church. Arrangements are with Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield.
She was born July 27, 1910, in Highland Center Township to Murdo and Mary Ann MacDonald. She graduated from high school in Edmore, N.D.

She married Oliver Christenson on Dec. 18, 1933, in Edmore, N.D. She lived in the Forest City and Litchfield areas for most of her life.
She was active in the Church of the Nazarene in Litchfield from 1944 to 2000. She taught Sunday school for 27 years and was active in the missionary counsel.
She is survived by her children: Delores Reader of Okemos, Mich., Dorothy (and Duane) Pierce of Mason, Mich., Mary (and Larry) Cary of Bourbonnais, Ill., Marlene (and Waker) Ballard of Mesa, Ariz., Norman (and Jackie) Christenson of Maple Valley, Wash.; 13 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son-in-law: Paul Reader, one daughter-in-law: Emolyn Christenson; one grandson; five brothers and four sisters.
