NEW LONDON -- Sibley State Park's Open House featured lots of history to celebrate the State of Minnesota's Sesquicentennial anniversary Saturday.
Along with music and food, the park had programs on the oral history of the park and a program of the history of Kandiyohi County.
Not too far away at Prairie Pothole Day, crowds were treated to seminars from world champion duck and goose callers and lots of dogs.
