More snow appears to be on the way to west central Minnesota.
According to a forecast from the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities, light freezing drizzle today will turn to all snow tonight. A total of 2 to 4 inches of snow is expected to fall by the end of the day on Friday.
The Weather Service has issued a "Hazardous Weather Outlook" for most of southwestern and west central Minnesota, including Kandiyohi, Meeker, Pope, Stearns, Swift, Yellow Medicine, Chippewa, Lac qui Parle and Renville counties.
Temperatures are expected to remain fairly mild, with lows in the mid-20s tonight and highs in the upper-20s on Friday.
