Registration is available online at theoldgloryrun.com or the day of the event.
The event features a 5K run-walk beginning at 10 a.m. and a 1K walk-run at 11 a.m. for participants age 12 and under. Freedom Flight will provide tethered hot-air balloon rides for a donation. Awards will be given at 11:30 a.m. Lunch and beverages will be available.
Olson said the national commander of the DAV, Joseph W. Johnston, will be attending the event.
Olson said the event will be held rain or shine but heβs hoping for shine. βIβve been there, rain or shine, through it all,ββ he said.
