RAYMOND - Zach Thissen limited Renville County West to just two hits and three MACCRAY players collected two hits apiece Monday as the Wolverines beat RCW 11-1 in six innings in the Camden North Conference.
Thissen did issue six walks and give up a solo home run to Tadd Tepfer in the sixth inning, but the junior struck out six in his complete-game win.
The Wolverines (2-0, 3-2) gave Thissen plenty of support as they scored four runs in the second, one in the fifth and six in the sixth. Matt Condon, Ben Ruter and Jordan Smith had two hits each while Smith also drove in three runs.

In a game that lasted nearly 3½ hours, Litchfield (2-0) got the non-conference win after coming back from an 8-1 deficit. Chris Sundmark, who went 4-for-4, scored all the way from first after Hutchinson tried to throw out Blayne Johnson on a sacrifice bunt to tie the game at 10-10 in the seventh.
The Dragons then scored twice in the eighth on Johnson's RBI single and Sundmark's squeeze bunt that plated pinch runner Jaret Euerle. Sophomore right-hander Jordan Lecher sent the Tigers down 1-2-3 in the bottom of the eighth to pick up the win.
Marcus Buschette led off the fifth inning for Litchfield with solo home run to left-center.
