WILLMAR -- The Willmar Public Library is celebrating National Children's Book Week Nov. 14-20. There will be a special program for children ages 3 and older at 4 p.m. today featuring juggler Marco Vazquez and yo-yo performer Ryan Freitas.
An exhibit on storybook dolls will be on display during the month. The dolls are from Bea Ourada's collection and include the Wizard of Oz characters, the three bears, Goldilocks, Snow White, Winnie the Pooh characters, Red Riding Hood with wolf and author Beatrix Potter.

Sibley State Park
The Sibley State Interpretive Center hours vary during the week; call (320) 354-2002. A vehicle permit is required to enter the park and they are available at the park office. For more information call 354-2002.
Holiday lights listing
The holiday lights listing will begin running in December. To include a house in the listing, send it to the address above. We are looking for general areas -- for example, 500 block of Main Street -- not specific house addresses.
Events in area communities open to the public will be printed in the regional calendar on Wednesday. Arts events and Museum events are listed in Thursday's arts calendar. Benefits for individuals and fund-raisers for nonprofit organizations are listed in Friday's Good Neighbors. Church-sponsored events are listed in Friday's church page. No phone calls.
