WILLMAR -- Arson is suspected in a fire that destroyed a mobile home in the Regency East Trailer Park early Sunday morning, according to the Willmar Police Department.
Willmar firefighters responded to the blaze at 2:04 a.m. at Lot 54 of the trailer park, 1400 Lakeland Drive N.E. in Willmar. An investigator from the Willmar Police Department determined that the fire may have been intentionally set, according to the police.
The fire caused an estimated $5,000 in damage. No one was injured in the incident.
The case is under investigation by the Police Department and State Fire Marshal's Office. A reward has been offered for any information leading to the conviction of a person responsible for the fire.
