Monica and Leah Ashburn, sisters from Hector, helped Southwest Minnesota State post a 27-9 record this season in volleyball.
SMSU finished third in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference with a 14-4 record. The Mustangs lost in the first round of the NCAA Division II tournament.
Monica, a junior setter, had 1,263 set assists, 25 ace serves and 38 kills.
Leah, a freshman middle hitter, notched 180 kills and 16 ace serves.
