WILLMAR - An all-terrain vehicle broke through the ice at 1:38 p.m. Saturday under the state trail bridge near the Nest Lake boat access in Kandiyohi County.
The two passengers were not injured and only got slightly wet, according to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene.
Due to the location and poor ice conditions it took more than four hours to remove the ATV from the water.
