WILLMAR -- Grace Mary Rosa, 34, of Atwater, was sentenced Wednesday to 45 months in prison on two third-degree drug sale charges for selling methamphetamine.
Rosa's sentence, on one Kandiyohi County case and one McLeod County case, was handed down by District Judge Kathryn N. Smith. Rosa was given credit for 173 days already served, ordered to pay $100 in fines. Restitution was reserved in both cases.
Rosa is already serving a 50-month prison sentence on two second-degree drug sale charges in Meeker County.
According to the Kandiyohi County complaint, a CEE-VI Drug Task Force informant purchased 1.2 grams of meth from Rosa on Oct. 1, 2010 at a home in Atwater. The informant paid $110 for the drugs, which tested positive as meth.
