BROOMFIELD, Colo. -- Barbara Jean Eral, 58, of Broomfield, Colo., died Tuesday in Broomfield following a two-year battle with cancer.
A memorial celebration will be held at a later date in Henderson, Nev.
She was born Sept. 19, 1949, in Willmar to Erhardt and Florence Reich. She grew up in Willmar and graduated from Willmar High School in in Willmar in 1967.
She married James Eral on Aug. 23, 1980, in St. Paul. They lived in Oakdale. Several job transfers took them to Fargo, N.D. and Rochester. In 2000, they retired and lived in Okoboji, Iowa. Then they lived in Henderson, Nev., and then Broomfield, Colo.
She is survived by her husband; two sons: Scott (and Julie) Niece of Henderson, Nev., and Mike (and Marti) Niece in West Branson, Mo.; a grandchild; and a brother: Dwaine (and Rhonda) Reich.
