Barber misses cut at Panama Championship

New London native Aaron Barber shot a 2-over 72 and posted a two-day total of 143, failing to make the cut by one stroke at the BellSouth Panama Championship in Panama City, Panama, Friday.

New London native Aaron Barber shot a 2-over 72 and posted a two-day total of 143, failing to make the cut by one stroke at the BellSouth Panama Championship in Panama City, Panama, Friday.

His start to the 2006 Nationwide Tour was similar to his 2005 start. Barber started last season missing the cut in Panama with round scores of 74 and 71.

The next stop on the Nationwide Tour will be the Jacob's Creek Open Championship Feb. 16-19 in Adelaide, Australia.
