New London native Aaron Barber shot his lowest score -- a one-over par 73 -- on Friday, but still fell eight places to 136th at the PGA Tour Final Stage Qualifying at Winter Garden, Fla.
At 221 (74-74-73), with three rounds remaining, he is 10 strokes out of the top 30, which earns a Tour card for the 2006 season.
His round Friday at the Orange County National Golf Center included four birdies and five bogeys.
