RENVILLE -- Bena Negen, 100, of Renville died Thursday at the Renville County Hospital in Olivia.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Emden Christian Reformed Church in Renville. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Renville.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of service Monday at the church in Renville. Arrangements are with Dirks-Blem Funeral Service in Renville.
She was born on March 1, 1907, in Renville to Cornell and Bessie (Feldman) Aalderks.

She married Harm Negen on Nov. 30, 1927, in Renville. She helped farm and also worked at the Renville Bakery for many years.
She was a member of Emden Christian Reformed Church in Renville.
She is survived by her son: James (and Margie) Negen of Redwood Falls; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a brother: William Aalderks of Olivia.
She was preceded in death by her husband; three children: Roger, Robert, and Betty Jane;two brothers; and five sisters.
