Billboard campaign to seek information about Jacob Wetterling

A new billboard campaign seeking information about the abduction of Jacob Wetterling will be unveiled today in Stearns County.

Jacob was 11 when he was abducted by a masked gunman on Oct. 22, 1989, in rural St. Joseph while he was biking with his brother and a friend.

The billboards will feature an age-progression image of what he might look like now and be posted around the St. Cloud and St. Joseph area.

The public will be asked to call 1-800-THE-LOST with information.
