Kalina Blackwell of Cosmos and Daniel Rueckert of Grove City are engaged to be married Aug. 15 at Munsinger's Gardens in St. Cloud.
Blackwell is the daughter of Kathy Blackwell of Cosmos and Dan Blackwell of Hutchinson.
She is a 2007 graduate of Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City High School in Grove City and a 2009 graduate of Alexandria Technical College. She is studying nursing at St. Cloud State University.
Rueckert is the son of Dean and Brenda Rueckert of Grove City.
He is a 2004 graduate of ACGC and a 2008 graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in psychology. He is pursuing a master's degree in community counseling at SCSU. He is employed as a mental health practitioner by Woodland Centers in Willmar and as a correctional officer by the Meeker County Jail.
