BNSF cancels County Road 5 crossing work

WILLMAR - BNSF Railway has cancelled previously announced repair work to the railroad crossing on Kandiyohi County Road 5 in Willmar, Scott Ledeboer, Willmar Public Works superintendent, said Monday afternoon.
Ledeboer said BNSF called Kandiyohi County Public Works and cancelled the repair work until July, but gave no date. Repair on the crossing between 19th Avenue Southwest and State Highway 40 was originally intended for Wednesday through Friday and was revised to May 28-30 before being cancelled.
