OLIVIA -- School board members for the BOLD School District will interview three finalists for the superintendent's position in the district's main office beginning at noon Tuesday.
Board members interviewed six candidates on Tuesday and Wednesday to pare the list to these three finalists:
* Marty Lucas, former superintendent of the Bettendorf Community Schools, Bettendorf, Iowa;
* Tom Farrell, K-8 principal of the Windom Public Schools;
* and Dean Jones, superintendent of the Tea Area School District, Tea, S.D.

School board members are searching for a successor to Mike Funk, who will be leaving to become Superintendent of Schools for the Albert Lea district.
