WILLMAR -- A bipartisan delegation of more than 20 state senators and staff will be touring the region this week to look at several potential capital investment projects.
Led by Sen. Keith Langseth, DFL-Glyndon, chairman of the Senate Capital Investment Committee, the group will look at several projects seeking funding in the 2008 legislative session.
When in Willmar on Thursday, the group will tour Ridgewater College and the Grass Lake area.
Other communities on the agenda include Benson, Paynesville, Granite Falls, Montevideo and Litchfield.
On Friday, the House bioscience and emerging technology committee, along with the Senate business industry and jobs committee, will be touring the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar. The tour will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The 28-member group will hear about the bioscience and engineering technologies utilized on the campus.
